We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Lincoln County, New Mexico. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
