Dishwashing attendant — East Lothian

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in East Lothian, Scotland. You will work in a hospital canteen. You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
