Great opportunity: precision welder (Alabama)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a precision welder in Coosa County, Alabama. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. On a typical shift you will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
