You should have: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience The role involves clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
