Now hiring: powder coating line operator (Katsina State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Kurfi, Katsina State. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time, day shift.
