Vertical milling machine operator • Meeker County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Meeker County, Minnesota. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
