Urgent requirement: pipe tig welder (North Carolina)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Guilford County, North Carolina. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection You will select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
