We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Miami County, Ohio. The role involves keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
