Industrial sewing operator wanted in Sanders County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Sanders County, Montana. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Day to day you will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
