Horticulturist wanted in Des Moines County

You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
