Canteen cook wanted in Irepodun

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Irepodun, Kwara State. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
