Floor and wall tile fitter — Fond du Lac County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. What we are looking for: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter Your main tasks: • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
