Great opportunity: back-of-house cleaner (Alabama)

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Montgomery County, Alabama. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
