Corporate security officer — North Ayrshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a corporate security officer in North Ayrshire, Scotland. The job is at a shopping mall. Requirements: • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Height and weight as per security norms The role involves detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; monitor the CCTV screens in the control room; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door.
