Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Sagadahoc County, Maine. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
