Crane rigger • Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane rigger in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will be based on a high-rise building site. The role involves: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Performance bonus on top of base pay.
