Great opportunity: plasterer's mate (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Montgomery County, North Carolina. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Day to day you will dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
