We are recruiting: scaffolding charge hand (Iowa)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Sioux County, Iowa. You will be based on an industrial refinery shutdown. On a typical shift you will dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage. Requirements: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
