Great opportunity: we are hiring a site safety steward in Hidalgo County, Texas. Day to day you will check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
