VMC operator wanted in Jones County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a VMC operator in Jones County, South Dakota. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Your main tasks: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
