Now hiring: we are hiring a forklift driver in Newport, Wales. The job is at a container loading yard. Requirements: • Accurate, careful stock handling • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required The role involves: • Assist with stock takes and cycle counting • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
