Powder coater wanted in Brown County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Brown County, Nebraska. You will work on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
