Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Franklin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Franklin County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
