Plant operator (dozer) • Carmarthenshire, Wales

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Carmarthenshire, Wales. You will work at a civil contractor's yard. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain You will carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
