Ideal candidate: • Able to speak the local language with passengers • Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions Day-to-day duties: • Make sure everyone is seated and belted before moving off • Help elderly and disabled passengers board and alight safely • Carry out pre-trip checks on tyres, brakes, lights and mirrors • Reroute around roadworks and diversions while keeping to time • Maintain an accurate headcount against the passenger manifest Six days a week, one day off.
