Countertop fabricator wanted in Greene County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Greene County, Iowa. You will be based at a kitchen worktop showroom. The role involves cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; work from cutting lists and installation drawings; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs 3+ years on the tools preferred.
