Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Full-time, day shift.
