You should have: • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools • 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience • Willing to attend emergency call-outs Your main tasks: • Detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework • Connect overhead and underground water tanks • Read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Make connections to the mains water and sewer lines Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
