Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Bartholomew County, Indiana. The job is at a high-rise construction project. Day to day you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Part-time with flexible hours.
