The role involves keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
