Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in McDuffie County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
