On a typical shift you will plan the route and visit retailers on the beat; follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor; punch orders into the billing/POS system; collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; check stock levels and raise reorder requests.
