Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Allegan County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Full-time with occasional weekends.
