Hand presser wanted in Orange County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hand presser in Orange County, Vermont. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment On a typical shift you will spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
