Urgent requirement: scaffolding charge hand (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Johnson County, Texas. The job is at a shipyard. You will tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts. Requirements: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
