Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. What we are looking for: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On a typical shift you will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
