Glass fitter — Beaufort County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass fitter in Beaufort County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy glazing workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes You will grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; install toughened and laminated safety glass. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
