We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Houston County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
