Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kent County, Delaware. The job is in a catering unit. The role involves: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
