Catering cook wanted in Lincoln County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Lincoln County, Idaho. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
