Immediate opening: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Liberty County, Georgia. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. What we are looking for: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Your main tasks: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site 6+ years on the tools preferred.
