Escalator technician — Indiana County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an escalator technician in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Day to day you will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; run load and overload tests with test weights. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
