Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Lincoln County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
