Production line helper wanted in Hancock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line helper in Hancock County, Illinois. You will be based at an automotive parts factory. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Can read work instructions and basic measurements You will follow the work instruction sheet for each station; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. We offer $22 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
