Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Cascade County, Montana. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. You will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder. Ideal candidate: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates 4+ years on the tools preferred.
