Truck driver — Prince Edward County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a truck driver in Prince Edward County, Virginia. The role involves report defects and book the unit in for servicing; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards. What we are looking for: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
