Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience.
