Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing On the job you will handle: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
