Tailor machinist wanted in Grafton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Grafton County, New Hampshire. The job is in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens The role involves topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
