Powder coating technician wanted in Rock County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Rock County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Part-time with flexible hours.
